Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Alemay Business LLC (“Alemay Business,” “Alemay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of our clients, users, and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, Ale app web application, forms, contact systems, appointment-booking tools, and other digital services associated with Alemay Business.

It applies, among other things, to alemaybusiness.com, app.alemaybusiness.com, and Ale app, and may also apply when users interact through forms, links, scheduling tools, WhatsApp, email, or other integrated digital tools.

This Policy does not replace engagement agreements, service contracts, authorizations, privacy notices, consents, disclosures, or other documents required for a specific service.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on the interaction and the service, we may request your full name, phone number, email address, and a general description of your matter. Preliminary forms may request additional context.

If a user proceeds with a service, we may need identification along with tax, financial, credit, insurance, business, or estate information. When reasonably necessary, we may request sensitive information such as a driver’s license or government ID, Social Security number, tax documents, financial statements, credit reports, or other relevant documents.

Please do not send highly sensitive information through public forms, social media, or channels not intended for it.

2. Information Collected Automatically

This may include IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, feature interactions, and other technical data used for security, functionality, performance, and improvement, directly or through providers.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to communicate, respond to questions, schedule appointments, understand needs, conduct preliminary assessments, provide contracted services, organize documents, maintain records, follow up, improve services, administer Ale app, maintain security, prevent misuse and fraud, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and coordinate appropriate professionals or providers.

Where a service requires a professional, partner, provider, carrier, financial institution, or other third party, we may use information reasonably necessary to coordinate that assistance, subject to applicable authorizations.

4. Forms and Preliminary Assessments

Submitting a form does not necessarily mean Alemay has agreed to represent, advise, or provide professional services. Information may be used to identify an appropriate service, additional information needed, or professional involvement.

5. Sensitive Information and Documents

When sensitive information is needed, we seek to direct the client to an appropriate method. Alemay Business seeks to limit the collection of sensitive information to what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

Users should not send Social Security numbers, complete tax documents, ID photos, or other highly sensitive information through public or unauthorized channels unless specifically directed.

6. Ale App

Ale app is currently usable without a user account. It may provide services information, resources, appointments, forms, contact options, and other tools. It does not currently process payments directly.

Future features may include accounts, authentication, payments, document features, referrals, or other tools. Material changes to data practices will be reflected in this Policy.

7. Payments

There are no direct Ale app payments at this time. Future payments may use third-party processors whose privacy and security practices also apply.

8. Technology and Service Providers

Providers may include GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Google services, videoconferencing and scheduling tools, Google Drive for certain resources, WhatsApp, and hosting, development, and operations providers.

They may process information for their functions under applicable terms, policies, and obligations. Alemay seeks appropriate providers and limits access as reasonably necessary.

9. Google Drive and Free Resources

Google Drive may be used for free resources, guides, checklists, templates, or educational materials. These generally do not require sensitive personal documents in public or shared folders. Sensitive client documents may use a different process.

10. WhatsApp, Email, and Communications

These channels may also be subject to provider practices. Do not send highly sensitive information through WhatsApp, SMS, or ordinary email unless Alemay has indicated the channel is appropriate.

11. When We May Disclose Information

Alemay does not sell clients’ personal information as part of its business model. Information may be disclosed as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate systems, comply with law, or coordinate professionals and providers.

This may include appropriately licensed professionals, accountants, attorneys, insurance professionals, brokers, financial institutions, carriers, technology providers, government agencies, or other service-related entities. Disclosure is limited as reasonably necessary, subject to authorizations and law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or a valid governmental or legal obligation.

12. Professionals, Partners, and Third Parties

Alemay provides services within applicable capabilities and authority, and may coordinate appropriate professionals or partners for additional expertise, licensing, or authority. Information sharing is limited as reasonably necessary. Independent third parties may have their own obligations and privacy practices.

13. Third-Party Services and External Links

We may link to third-party sites, platforms, or services whose privacy, security, or content we do not necessarily control. Users should review their policies.

14. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies or similar technologies may be used for security, preferences, performance, navigation, and technical operation. Analytics or measurement tools may be used when implemented.

If future advertising, tracking, or marketing technologies require added notices or consent, practices will be updated accordingly.

15. Information Security

We may retain information as reasonably necessary for services, records, legal and regulatory duties, dispute resolution, agreement enforcement, and legitimate interests. Retention periods vary, and some professional services have specific requirements.

17. Privacy Requests

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, individuals may request certain information, corrections, ask questions, or request deletion where legally permissible. Requests may be limited by legal, tax, regulatory, contractual, or retention duties. Identity verification may be required.

Our services are not primarily directed to children under 13. We do not seek to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement and authorization.

19. Marketing Communications

We may send communications about services, resources, appointments, or other relevant information. Individuals may opt out of certain marketing communications. Administrative, transactional, or service communications may continue when necessary.

20. Regulated Services and Additional Notices
